Corrective Maintenance in a Notebook

Order Number: **WO0000080** (the system recommends the incremental sequential as the last record)
Order Description: **Change Battery**

The essential data are fulfilled and must be like that:

At this point, we are able to CREATE ORDER and work it later, or CREATE AND CHANGE that allows us to perform more details to the order in time. In our study case, we will go through the CREATE AND CHANGE!

Click and the following screen appears:

As we can see, the system sets to the GENERAL DATA section and at this, we fill the Fields as follow:

Notification Code: ACK0001 (It is a free text not required field. Use it to refer to a proprietary notification code while using this feature)
External Order Number: Use it to refer to a proprietary external order number, for this case, we will use CUSTOM001-001 (It is a free text not required field. Use it to refer to a proprietary notification code)
Parent Order Number: Use it to refer to a parent order number, for this case, we will use IT0001-001.
Workcenter (Selection): COM0001 We can insert a long description to the order by clicking

Basic Start Date: Is the date to start. Set it according your needs.
Basic Finish Date: Must to be equal or greater than Basic Start Date
Priority: 1

Remember, we can perform all registration of resources and activities straight on the order, or we can create distinct Operations inside the order to organize it better, or even combine the Order and Operations fillout as well. In our Study Case we will follow the Operations fulfillment.

With the Collapsed Order Field, pass your mouse cursor on and the following will appear:

Click on

to create a new Operation. The System numbers the operations automaticaly (SEQ) starting in 0010 and increasing by 10.

Lets add a NEW OPERATION that consumes Material...

We can insert a long description to the Operation by clicking

Here we used the Long Description to describe the whole sequence to execute the operation. According your needs, you could to create Every single point as a NEW OPERATION to better detailment of the used resources in instance. It is up to you and your demands.

Save it and go back to the main screen to fillout the Other data, in this case, the OPERATION 0020 data.

Setting URL and Login

Syncing Basic Records

you need to download the Basic Record, so click the Download Master Data button.

After Clicking the Play Button just wait until all the basic record is downloaded

Syncing Orders

You need to download the orders, so click the Download Order Data button.

After Clicking the Download Order Data Button. Click the Play Button and just wait for the order to download.

All order that you need to complete will appears, so now check the orders that you want to complete

Click the Order you want to complete.

Click the Button Change Order Status.

Now You can change the Order Status.


Now Click The Work Order. And now you can change the fields you need to complete the order.


Fields will appear in which materials, labor, floor plan, image, PPE and map can be added, in order.

Click Add Material Button.


When adding material, it is possible to add in the fields the quantities of materials that will be used as well as the quantity already used, quantity of defect and rework.


Selecting in the "labour app" you can assign which specialty should conduct the task,

it is also possible to enter the necessary and missing amount, as shown below. On the work order screen, you can assign to which operator the work will be performing the activity and its quantity.


To improve the understanding of the activity or to standardize the process, it is possible to take a photo and identify the important and relevant points.

Name and description of the photo are given for better understanding and archiving.


You can not only take a picture but manipulate it as you see fit, putting pin or drawing on it.

After entering the data, the mobile will bring the summary on your order start screen.


You can include risk analysis for the activity to be performed.


In security risk analysis, there is a lot of information to be assigned. In this section the operation will be explained.


When specifying the operation, you will find the start and end date, the number of activities, the time unit, its duration, etc.


In the material field, the user will have the option to number the materials used to safely carry out the activity.


The material must also be specified for that activity as well as the quantity.


The specific workforce in the safety risk analysis is also evaluated.


Specify the operator who should carry out the activity, the number of operators, etc.


Attach the PPE's (Personal Protection Equipment) that will be used in the activity.


Specify which PPE's (Personal Protection Equipment) to be used, their quantities, etc.


Specify the materials to be maintained.


Adding materials that will be replaced and used for maintenance.


The materials used for maintenance can be controlled.


The labor to be used for the intervention can be added.


Adding the tools that will be used.


You can enter the tools that will be used for maintenance.


What is expected from maintenance.


It can include the description of the completed activity, the unit and value.

Create Order

You can create a work order from the mobile. Just click "create" after fill the fields.


The “Work Order Code” fields as well as the “Order Description” can be create on the mobile. Being in front of the machine, you can create work orders and describe which activity must be performed and on which machine.
In addition to this functionality, you can also complete the order when you find it necessary to investigate more accuately, whether on the factory floor or in the office.
