Menu Manager

Menu Manager is the app that allows you to edit the menus. To access just click on the app

or by the menu.

Add New Menu​

To add new menu just click the button to add a new menu. After clicking the button you will be redirected to the menu creation screen.

Change folder name or App​

To change the name of the root folder of the created menu or any other folder inside the root folder just click on the desired folder and then on the right side of the screen will appear the CLICKIED ITEM Menu. And then just fill out the description as you want.

Add New Folder​

To add a new folder just click the paste button that wishes this new folder to be added inside.

Add New App​

To add a new app just click the folder button that you want this new app to be added inside.

Import App​

After adding an app you need to import the app you want. To matters click the button

Import

After clicking the menu of importing configuration will appear.

In this menu look for the wish app you want to add, after finding just click it, after clicking on the desired app it will be imported. It is possible to change the properties and also the app json.

Delete Folder or App​

To delete folder or app just click the desired folder button or app.

DANGER​

When deleting a folder all apps inside it will be deleted.

Publish Menu​

After creating your menu as you want, just click the button

Edit Menu​

To edit a menu just click one and then click the button . The edit mode is exactly like Add mode, so just follow the Add Menu Manual.

Hierarchy Scope​

Hierarchy Scope is the app that allows you to create scopes. Each scope has their own data, the user who is in one scope cannot view the data from another scope.

Create Scope​

Access the Hierarchy Scope app and then click the button

You will be redirected to the scope creation screen. To create a scope just fill out the “Description” field and click

Publish

Once created you can choose which scope the user belongs to profile manager.

Edit Scope​

To edit a scope just click on an item. And then the same screen will be redirected as in scope creation.

Delete Scope​

To delete a scope just click and then .

Finally Click on
