Knowing the platform

The Sequor platform consists of modules and sequor MTC Apps.

Sequor MTC Apps are the names given to all programs on the Sequor platform. These apps can be customized to the customer in aspects such as fields and descriptions of fields, colors and access.

But what's a Sequor MTC app ?
It's an aplication that is designed to perform a specific process or task, can work alone or be used by other applications.

Our security protocols travel using HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure), generating an additional security layer that uses the SSL / TLS protocol and allows data transmission through an encrypted connection using digital certificates.

How to connect to the platform?

The access address to the platform varies from customer to client and must be requested from the customer's inner IT team. Steps to access your application on the web:

  • Open the web browser (Google Chrome is recommended)
  • Enter in your platform
  • Enter login and password;
  • The platform language is configurable in the user settings (French, English and Portuguese only)

Our platform is based on SPA (Single Page Application) technology and thus does not use the twisted browsing buttons and advance the browser browser. For correct navigation on our platform, use tools as described in this manual.

What is the platform's application structure?

Sequor MTC applications are separated by contexts.

Masterdata are the applications responsible for all records that provide data for service orders transactions.

Order planning are the applications responsible for all service orders transactions.

  • Create Order
  • Change Order
  • Dispatch Order

Reports are the applications responsible for all KPIs. It is a simple and configurable system for assembling dashboards as needed.
